18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years; 2. Expected ICU stay >48 hours; 3. Patients or family members gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in the research study; 4. No barrier to communication in Mandarin or written communication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with neurological deficiencies such as craniocerebral trauma, subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and other coma patients; 2. Patients with mental illness, hearing impairment, visual impairment, etc. who cannot communicate; 3. Patients who have been in coma for more than 3 days after admission to ICU; 4. Patients who have contraindications to activities or are physically weak and cannot cooperate.
