Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with hypertension Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old, gender, ethnicity; (2) The first diagnosis of essential hypertension patients, diagnostic criteria: hypertension: systolic blood pressure =140 mmHg and (or) diastolic blood pressure =90 mmHg for hypertension; ? Respondents with informed consent, voluntary participation and cooperation in completing the questionnaire. 2) Mild hyperlipidemia patients According to the definition of "2016 Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Chinese Adults", meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for mild hyperlipidemia: Hypertriglyceridemia (1.7mmol/L=TG < 2.3mmol/L); ? Hypercholesterolemia: 5.2mmol/L=TC < 6.2mmol/L or 3.4mmol/L=LDL-C < 4.1mmol/L or non-HDL-C < 4.9 mmol/L; Mixed hyperlipidemia (1.7mmol/L=TG < 2.3mmol/L and 5.2mmol/L=TC < 6.2mmol/L, or 1.7mmol/L=TG < 2.3mmol/L and 3.4mmol/L=LDL-C < 4.1mmol/L, Or 1.7mmol/L=TG < 2.3mmol/L and 5.2mmol/L=TC < 6.2mmol/L and 3.4mmol/L=LDL-C < 4.1mmol/L). Inclusion criteria: ? Confirmed mild hyperlipidemia patients ? Nationality: Any nationality. ? Gender: male and female. Age: greater than or equal to 18 years old, less than 65 years old. ? With communication and cognitive skills, can adhere to long-term medication. ? Volunteer to join the trial. 3) Patients with type 2 diabetes Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with type 2 diabetes aged 18-65 years. ? After diet control or oral hypoglycemic drugs, only the maintenance amount should be taken, and there is no need to change the drug variety and dose within half a year, and the fasting blood glucose = 6.1mmol /L or the blood glucose = 7.8mmol /L 2 h after meals. (3) On the basis of full understanding of the test, voluntarily sign the informed consent. 4) Overweight/obese patients Inclusion criteria: ?BMI=24.0kg/m2 or body fat content =25% for men or =30% for women. ? Age 18-65 years old. ? Male waist circumference =85cm, female waist circumference =80cm. ? The Han nationality. ? Informed consent and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with hypertension Exclusion criteria: ? Severe hearing and vision impairment; (2) Those who are unable to cooperate with consciousness disorder (confusion, dementia, mental illness), paralysis or disability; ? Patients with secondary hypertension and serious heart, brain, kidney and lung complications; (4) Chronic diseases such as hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and tumor. 2) Mild hyperlipidemia patients Exclusion criteria: ? Those who are receiving lipid-lowering drugs. ? Secondary causes of hyperlipidemia, such as nephrotic syndrome, liver disease, hypothyroidism, renal failure, etc. ? Complicated with diabetes, cerebrovascular disease, heart disease, immune system disease, acute onset of chronic diseases, infectious diseases, malignant tumors, etc. (4) Patients with serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and mental illness. ? Pregnant or lactating women. ? Allergic physique and allergic to the test drug. 3) Patients with type 2 diabetes Exclusion criteria: He has type 1 diabetes. ? Pregnant or lactating women. Serious complications of the heart, liver, kidney and other major organs, or other serious diseases, mental illness. ? Taking glucocorticoids or other drugs that affect blood sugar. ? There were diabetic ketosis, acidosis and infected persons in the last 3 months of the study. ? Other nutritional preparations are being used that may affect the effectiveness of the trial. Participation in other interventional clinical trials within 3 months prior to screening. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the researchers. 4) Overweight/obese patients Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine diseases and mental diseases. ? Any factors deemed unsuitable for study by the researcher. ? Complicated with diabetes, cerebrovascular disease, heart disease, immune system disease, acute onset of chronic diseases, infectious diseases, malignant tumors, etc. (4) Patients with serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and mental illness. ? Pregnant or lactating women.
