40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participating in the study, understanding and signing the informed consent. 2, Aged between 40 and 80 years old. 3. COPD patients: smoking =10 pack-years, with a history of COPD diagnozed by pulmonary function test, or recent pulmonary function test indicating that FEV1 / FVC < 0.7, after inhaling bronchodilators. 4. Control participants: with a history of smoking but not COPD, or recent pulmonary function test indicating that FEV1 / FVC=0.7 after inhaling bronchodilators.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute diseases (including acute infectious diseases) or experiencing acute phase of chronic diseases 2. Patients with unstable cardiovascular disease 3. Patients with diabetes 4. Patients with liver and kidney diseases 5. Patients with autoimmune disease 6. Patients with malignant tumors 7. Patients with neuropsychiatric disorders 8. Patients with other lung diseases
