Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Meet the diagnostic criteria for hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke (key points for the diagnosis of various major cerebrovascular diseases in China 2019[J]. Chinese Journal of Neurology, 2019 (09): 710-715.): Stroke diagnosis supported by clinical or impact evidence Cut-off, including transient ischemic attack, hemorrhagic stroke, and ischemic stroke; ?It met the diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment after stroke (Chinese Stroke Society, expert consensus on the management of cognitive impairment after stroke 2021 [J]. Chinese Journal of Stroke, 2021,16 (04): 376-389.); ?Simple mental status assessment scale: 17 for illiterate (uneducated), 20 for primary school (6 years of education), 24 for above middle school (> 6 years); <26 for Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (Montreal Cognitive Assessment, MoCA); ?Cognitive impairment within 6 months of stroke; ?Instrumental daily living capacity is normal or mildly impaired, but should be independent of motor / sensory symptoms; ?Clear awareness and stable vital signs; ?Have a primary school education level or above; ?Age: from 18 to 75 years old; ?Did not participate in other interventional clinical studies within 1 month before inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Accompanied by serious heart, liver, kidney, malignant tumor and other diseases; ? Inability to cooperate with physical examination and scale evaluation due to obvious hearing, vision, and aphasia; ? with mild cognitive impairment and behavioral and psychological symptoms before stroke; 4) other physical and mental diseases that cause dementia and brain dysfunction; ? women who are pregnant or have the intention of pregnancy, and lactating women.
