Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with sepsis admitted to emergency intensive care unit of Cangzhou Central Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 (meeting the diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?age < 18 years old ?Chronic kidney failure required long-term dialysis treatment ?Suspected or confirmed obstructive renal failure ?Recovery from acute kidney injury ?Suspected or confirmed renal artery stenosis ?Pregnancy
