Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Conforming to the diagnostic criteria adopted by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases, and confirmed by skull CT or MRI, with cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral embolism, etc. ; ? Age 30-75 years old, first onset of disease, with a course of disease within 1-6 months; ? The vital signs are stable, no cognitive impairment, without speech impairment, and cooperate with assessment and treatment; ? The lesion is the internal carotid artery system with unilateral limb movement disorders; ? Moderate to severe dysfunction of the affected ankle joint (Brunstrom = 4 levels), with ankle dorsiflexion and plantar flexor muscle strength ranging from 0 to 4 levels; Lower limb improvement Ashworth grading 1-2 levels; ? Voluntarily participate in this trial and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with other nervous system disease; ? Obvious speech impairment, cognitive impairment, unilateral neglect, mental disorder, inability to cooperate with training and evaluation; ? Have a history of epilepsy; ? Diseases that affect motor function such as lower limb fractures on the affected side; ? Individuals with significant skull defects or other factors affecting EEG signal acquisition during training; ? Those who cannot cooperate with treatment or examination for other reasons.? Patients with acute cardio cerebral Vascular disease have unstable vital signs, such as systolic blood pressure>180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure>110mmHg at rest, and heart rate>120 times/minute.
