Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients = 18 years of age who are undergoing first-time nail surgery. 2. patients who are capable of complying with the study protocol 3. patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central nervous system disorders, difficult airways and acute upper respiratory tract infections 2. Patients with a history of sedation, antidepressants, anti-anxiety medication, drug or alcohol dependence 3. Patients with severe visual or hearing impairment, mental illness or who for other reasons are unable or refuse to communicate with the visitor 4. a clear history of allergy to benzodiazepines with inadequate preoperative test results 5. those who are participating in other clinical trials 6. other reasons deemed by the investigator to be inappropriate for the clinical trial.
