Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with coronary heart disease confirmed by medical history inquiry, clinical signs, electrocardiogram, myocardial enzyme spectrum, coronary angiography and other examinations, and patients with more than one major coronary artery stenosis > 75% confirmed by coronary angiography, sinus heart rate of 60-100 beats/min, informed consent, willing to participate in and cooperate with the examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe arrhythmias, including conduction block and atrial fibrillation; Congenital heart disease, severe valvular heart disease and cardiomyopathy, pericardial disease, various cardiac surgery, pacemaker installation patients; Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, poor blood sugar control, coagulation dysfunction; Patients with severe ischemic hypoxic diseases (including COPD, chronic pulmonary heart disease); Patients with unstable angina; Preoperative cardiac ultrasound in patients with local wall dyskinesia; There are contraindications for TTE or TEE examination, or satisfactory images cannot be obtained.
