40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the criteria for Chinese and Western diagnosis of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee; (2) Age 40-75 years; (3) Patients not receiving regular treatment in the 3 months prior to enrolment; (4) Persistent or recurrent knee pain for more than 3 months; (5) VAS score = 4; (6) Informed consent signed by the patient or by an immediate family member on his or her behalf.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined conditions with painful symptoms in other areas; (2) Patients with intra-articular fractures in the acute phase and a history of vascular nerve injury to the affected limb; (3) Patients with a combination of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, liver and kidney disease, haematological disorders, and malignant tumors; (4) Patients with skin lesions around the knee joint; (5) Patients with severe valgus or valgus deformity of the knee joint and loss of joint cavity; (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) Allergic patients and those with ozone-water allergies; (8) Those with contraindications to an MRI examination; (9) Patients with psychiatric or neurological disorders such as anxiety or depression (10) Patients with a history of chronic use or addiction to analgesic drugs, tobacco, alcohol, etc.
