18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-85 years old, male and female; ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of lower limb chronic ulcer: lower limb ulcer more than 1 month, no anatomical and functional healing tendency; ? Patients with wound area of 2-50cm2; ? Fasting blood glucose =10 mmol/L; ? Patients who have completed informed consent and relevant notification.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnant or nursing women; ? Patients with long-term use of glucocorticoid and immunosuppressant; ? Patients with cancerous ulcer, tuberculous ulcer, leprous ulcer, syphilitic ulcer; ? Patients with lower extremity ulcer accompanied by deep vein thrombosis; ? Subjects who are participating in clinical studies of other drugs.
