Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criterion: the subjects who met PHQ-9 more than 5 and BDI-2 more than 14 were higher mild depression through preliminary screen

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)patients with depression who meet the criteria for clinical diagnosis or patient is experiencing a depressed episode right now ;(2)suicidal thoughts or behavior within the last month; (3)experience with mindfulness or relaxation techniques in the past;(4)psychotic episodes in the past year and recent (past four weeks) ongoing psychological or drug treatment;(5)Drug or alcohol dependence.
