Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Signed the informed consent voluntarily; went to Ganzhou People's Hospital(Ganzhou Hospital affiliated to Nanchang University) from August 2023 to December 2030, referring to the Guidelines for Early endovascular Intervention of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China 2018, and planned to undergo endovascular treatment according to the medical advice after diagnosis and clinical decision.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History or evidence of cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, craniocerebral trauma, mental illness, arteriovenous malformation, cerebral aneurysms or brain tumor;Acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, and / or acute decompensated heart failure, and / or QT terval> 520ms, and / or a known history of cardiac arrest (no pulse electrical activity, ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, cardiac arrest), and / or admission for acute coronary syndrome, myocardial infarction, or coronary intervention (percutaneous coronary intervention or coronary surgery) in the past 3 months;Patients with complicated autoimmune diseases, blood diseases or malignant tumors;Baseline platelet count <50,000 / UL;Suspected infectious emboli or suspected bacterial endocarditis;gravida;The physician judged that the patient had poor compliance and expected follow-up.
