Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?age =60 years ?admission to a nursing home for at least 4 weeks ?patients diagnosed with AD according to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders, communication disorders and stroke and the Alzheimer's disease and related diseases association (NINCDS-ADRDA)"Probable AD" core diagnostic criteria (1. Symptoms develop gradually over a period of months or years rather than suddenly over a period of hours or days. 2. A clear history of cognitive impairment 3. Having forgetting symptoms (learning and recent forgetting, with one or more other cognitive domains impaired) or non-forgetting symptoms (language, visuospatial, and executive dysfunction) ; 4. Exclusion criteria (cases that should not be diagnosed as probable AD) : A. A History of stroke with a history of substantial cerebrovascular disease that is significantly time-related to the onset or deterioration of cognitive impairment. Lewy body's dementia;. Frontotemporal dementia; d. Primary progressive aphasia; E. Another concurrent, active neurological disorder or another concurrent neurological disorder, or the use of drugs that may have important effects on cognitive function. ?Mini-mental state Examination (MMSE) score: Illiteracy: 6-19 points; primary school education: 11-22 points; middle school or above education: 15-25 points; ?accompanied with at least one mental behavior symptom; ?can answer the questions simply, voluntarily, and can cooperate to complete the relevant tests
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Possible drug or alcohol abuse ?treatment with antipsychotic prior to enrollment or discontinuation of the drug, often less than two weeks. ?accompanied by other serious physical diseases, such as serious heart disease, mental illness, cerebral infarction, etc. ?the hearing impairment that prevented the participants from listening to music (such as not being able to hear loud voice (distance 1-2 meters, 70-80 decibels))
