Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-85 years old; ? Check in the Intensive care medicine Department of the hospital, and diagnosed as COVID-19 severe, critical cases or ordinary cases with basic heart and lung diseases (COVID-19 pneumonia diagnosis and classification is based on the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan of novel coronavirus Pneumonia (Ninth Edition)); ? The patient signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? The patient has positive pressure oxygen therapy related Contraindication; ? serious shock and other Contraindication to use drugs to improve Pulmonary circulation; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Patients who refuse to sign informed consent.
