Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? It meets the WHO diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes in1999: Based on oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT), fasting plasma glucose (FPG) = 7.0mmol/l and / or two-hour postprandial blood glucose (2-h post load plasma glucose, 2-hpg) = 11.1mmol/l, or random blood glucose = 11.1mmol/l; ? Age: 40-70 years old; ? A sedentary lifestyle; ? Those who have completed the pre exercise assessment and have no movement disorder or contraindication; ? BMI is between 24kg/m2-30kg/m2; ? During the study period, it is required to take hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering drugs or inject insulin in strict accordance with the doctor's advice, and it is not allowed to change it without permission; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation; ? Those who have not received other research interventions and meet the above criteria can be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Those in the state of infection stress have various uncontrolled or serious acute and chronic diseases, psychoses, tumors and other immune diseases; ?
