40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People who have undergone total hysterectomy (with POP or other benign gynaecological conditions other than exclusion criteria)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of malignant tumors; (2) autoimmune and connective tissue diseases; (3) after hysterectomy; (4) After pelvic floor repair; (5) Endometriosis, adenomyosis; (6) Non-ovarian endocrine tumors and other estrogen-related diseases; (7) acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae; (8) Known human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection; (9) Other investigators believe that it is not suitable for this clinical trial.
