18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age above 18, male or female; 2) Non Hodgkin's lymphoma was confirmed by histopathology and immunohistochemical staining, and no systemic lymphohematopoietic tissue or other systems were involved by strict physical examination and auxiliary examination, so it was definitely diagnosed as primary central nervous system lymphoma; 3) Imaging evaluation showed recurrence or progression; 4)Subjects read and fully understood the patient's instructions, and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergy to XPO1 inhibitors and/or PD-1 monoclonal antibodies; 2) Combined with other malignant tumors; 3) Severe heart failure, liver failure or renal failure; 4) Serious arrhythmia; 5) Female pregnancy or lactation; 6) Recent participants in other clinical trials; 7)Other serious diseases or mental disorders
