Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-65 years old, male and female; ?It meets the criteria for diagnosis of obesity, abnormal glucose metabolism and differentiation of dampness syndrome; ?Relatively stable eating habits, no special diet preference, no serious bad habits such as long-term heavy smoking, alcoholism, drug addiction in the past 5 years; ? have not received acupuncture weight loss treatment in the past three months; ? Voluntarily join and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? combined with acute infectious diseases; ? Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, heart disease, respiratory disease and malignant tumor; ?Previous blood system diseases such as chronic liver disease, coagulopathy, acute and chronic gastrointestinal diseases such as chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, Crohn's disease, gastrointestinal tumors, and gastrointestinal surgery history may lead to intestinal flora disorders; ? Antibiotics, laxatives, probiotics or prebiotics have been used within 1 month before or before enrollment; ? Patients with metabolic diseases such as severe hyperuricemia and hyperlipidemia and poor drug control; ? Patients with mental and emotional diseases, unable to cooperate with researchers; ? Pregnant women, pregnancy, perinatal, lactating women, perioperative patients; ? Normal for allergic constitution, allergic to needles; ? Patients with skin diseases or skin damage at the needling site.
