Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for NMOSD proposed in the 2015 NMOSD international consensus; 2) After admission and comprehensive evaluation, IVMP and/or IVIG treatment will be given, with an initial dose of 1g/d or 0.5g/d for IVMP, which will be halved every three days; 3) Within 24 hours after admission, complete venous blood collection and Lumbar puncture before treatment, and submit blood samples and cerebrospinal fluid samples for examination; 4) Clinical data such as imaging and biochemical indicators are complete; 5) Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients receiving acute phase treatment such as IVMP and IVIG within 3 months prior to admission; 2) Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3) Patients with a history of concomitant malignant tumors.
