Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery with head-low foot high or head-high-foot position; (2) Between the ages of 65 and 85; (3)18.5=BMI=23.9 (4)ASA I, II, III; NYHAI, II;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative mini mental state scale, score less than or equal to 23 points. 2. Have a serious history of mental or nervous system; Have a history of drug or psychotropic substance abuse; Severe visual or hearing impairment 3. The patient had Alzheimer's disease before operation. 4. The patient suffered from severe lung disease before operation, which affected the normal ventilation function. 5.
