Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Neurological symptoms on lower extremity,with or without low back pain ;(2)Imaging examination showed lumbar extraforaminal disc herniation;(3)Symptoms,signs and imaging results are consistent;(4)Obtain the patient's informed consent for surgical treatment;(5) age=18 And=80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)patients with mental disorders can not accept accurate assessment;(2)Insufficient cardiopulmonary function to tolerate general anesthesia.
