Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged =18 years and =85 years with a definite diagnosis of abdominal tumor; (2) Patients with NRS2002 score =3; (3) Patients diagnosed with presarcopenia or sarcopenia according to the AWGS2019 (Asian Sarcopenia Task Force); (4) The diagnosis and treatment plan was for patients undergoing surgery, and the predicted survival time was =6 months; (5) Patients with clear consciousness, barrier-free communication, understanding of their own condition and voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with other types of tumors; (2) Patients with heart, brain, kidney and other serious diseases; (3) palliative surgery or tumor reduction surgery; (4) Patients with 4-5 points in the risk factor score table of blood flow restriction training; (5) Patients who could not tolerate blood flow restriction training and resistance training.
