Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From August 3rd, 2020 to August 3rd, 2023, all patients who were clinically diagnosed with psoriasis in 5-6 sub-centers of the National Psoriasis Diagnosis and Treatment Center Database and received biologic therapy were included. 2. Those who agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Active tuberculosis: The patient's medical history, clinical symptoms and examination results before biologics treatment suggest that the patient has active tuberculosis; 2. Pregnant women, lactating women and other patients who are not suitable for treatment; 3. Patients who cannot cooperate with the completion of tuberculosis-related laboratory tests; 4. Patients who cannot cooperate with follow-up.
