Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old ? If the patients were diagnosed with major depression or HAMDS score > 24, ECT was needed. ? Consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Use of esketamine within 1 month ?ASA grade > II ? The presence of metallic implants in the body ? Severe cardiovascular disease (including poorly controlled hypertension), severe respiratory disease, cerebrovascular disease, intracranial hypertension (including glaucoma), ? Epilepsy, schizophrenia ? Pregnant women ? Poorly controlled hyperthyroidism ? Allergic to related drugs.
