Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Natural conception and singleton;2.Age = 20 years old;3.Gestational weeks = 28 weeks,4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study;5.Thinking clearly and expressing normally;6.Participants who meet the standard of follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organic diseases. 2. Patients with a history of severe mental illness.
