20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?ages from 20 to 70 ?according with diagnostic of allergic rhinitis Symptoms: 2 or more symptoms such as sneezing, watery nose, nasal itching and nasal congestion, lasting more than 1 hour a day, accompanied by eye symptoms such as itching, tearing and red eyes; Signs: common nasal mucosa pale, edema, nasal watery secretions; Allergen test: Positive for SPT and/or serum-specific IgE for at least one allergen. ?according with diagnostic of the new International Classification of Periodontal Disease and Periphytal Disease in 2018: Periodontal health: complete periodontal tissue, PD=3mm, whole mouth BOP%<10% Periodontitis (meeting 1 of the following 2 conditions) : =2 non-adjacent teeth detected adjacent CAL; Or =2 teeth have buccal or lingual CAL=3mm, while PD=3mm, CAL not caused by periodontitis should be excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with systemic diseases (diabetes, hepatitis B, etc.); ? Have a history of smoking; ? Patients who have received periodontal treatment; ? Patients who have taken antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, contraceptives and other drugs in the past 3 months; ? Women during pregnancy, lactation or pregnancy preparation; ? Obvious occlusal abnormalities, or a history of orthodontic treatment.
