18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients criteria (1) Above the age of 18 years; (2) Patients with periodontitis 6-8 weeks after periodontal basic treatment; (3) Patients with good compliance; (4) Patients with good oral hygiene, the full mouth plaque score is less than 20%; 2. Morphological requirements of the subosseous pocket (1) At least one tooth had a depth of PD more than 5 mm and bleeding on probing on the adjacent surface; (2) intrabony defect. 3.Dental standards Normal pulp vitality or complete complete root canal treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with tumor; 2. There is serious uncontrolled systemic disease (e.g., high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease); 3. Patients who have received antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or periodontal therapy in the past 6 months; 4. Patients who smoke or smoke more than 10 cigarettes per day;; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. With the affected teeth with 3-degree mobility, furcation involvement, acute perioapical inflammation and root fractures.
