Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed through coronary angiography and a healthy control group. Coronary angiography confirmed stenosis of the main branch of the coronary artery = 50%, selected as the coronary heart disease group, and<50% admitted as the healthy control group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients admitted due to acute coronary syndrome; ? The patient was admitted with infectious system diseases; ? The patient has previously or this time been admitted and found to have blood creatinine = 267umol/L or renal failure; ? The patient has an immune system disease and/or is taking hormones; ? The patient is accompanied by malignant tumors; ? Breastfeeding (lactation) women; ? (Active or latent) history or evidence of tuberculosis infection; ? Incomplete clinical or coronary angiography data.
