18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meets the ARDS Berlin definition; Expected mechanical ventilation duration of more than 24 hours; Deep vein indwelling

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Age < 18 years old • Pregnancy • Chest malformations • SpO2 < 88% when oxygen concentration is above 70% • Contraindications in EIT use (e.g., automatic implantable cardioverter defibrillators and implantable heart pumps) • Extremely unstable hemodynamics (norepinephrine application above 0.5ug/kg/min can maintain a systolic blood pressure of 90mmHg or mean arterial pressure of 65mmHg) • Blood sodium over 150mmol/L • Undrained pneumothorax • Patients with chronic renal failure
