Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for benign and malignant gynecological tumors; (2) Those with complete clinical data; (3) Between the ages of 18 and 60; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study; (5) Able to withstand ultrasound examination; (6) Conscious, without mental illness or cognitive impairment, able to communicate effectively, and able to complete the assessment scale;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) VTE was diagnosed before surgery; (2) Those who have used antithrombotic drugs within one month before surgery; (3) Postoperative transfer/transfer patients; (4) Patients with VTE not excluded before surgery (5) Patients with lower limb skin injury or skin disease, or patients with severe diabetes, heart, liver and kidney dysfunction and coagulation dysfunction; (6) Patients currently participating in or participating in other clinical trials within the first month of this study; (7) Pregnant or lactating women;
