65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged =65 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia; 3. Be able to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative delirium; 2. Limb amputation, paraplegia or diseases affecting muscles; 3. The patient dies or loses to follow-up within 7 days after surgery; 4. Skin damage, ulceration, local infection, severe obesity and other unsuitable ultrasound examination; 5. Inability to cooperate (severe deafness, complete blindness, aphasia, etc.); 6. Participating in other clinical trials; 7. The patient is unwilling to comply with the protocol or procedure.
