Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with peripherally infused vasoactive drugs; 2.Patients = 18 years old; 3.Awareness, awareness of diagnosis, effective communication; 4.Patients and his/her family voluntarily participated in this study and signed the consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with central venous catheter and PICC; 2.Patients with peripheral infusion of dehydrating agents, cytotoxic drugs, parenteral nutrition and other hypertonic and irritating drugs; 3.Patients with peripheral skin injury caused by other autologous diseases; 4.Patients with a history of mental illness and cognitive impairment; 5.Patients with other serious physical diseases.
