18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75, gender unlimited 2. In our line of primary breast tumor anatomical sex or anatomical sex lung segment resection of lung resection patients 3. Intraoperative frozen pathology confirmed as malignant tumor 4. Improved the Caprini rating scale of 5 or more points 5. Patients voluntarily signed informed consent to compliance study visit plan
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of VTE before surgery, or use of anticoagulants or antiplatelet aggregators (e.g. But not limited to low molecular weight heparin, polyvivir, Dabigatrun, rivaroxaban, aspirin) within one week before surgery. 2. Patients with active bleeding or high risk of bleeding are prohibited from using low molecular weight heparin 3. There are contraindications or allergies to anticoagulants 4. You are pregnant or breastfeeding 5. Liver disease, unable to metabolize anticoagulant drugs effectively: creatinine clearance =30ml/min; Cirrhosis or liver function Child-Pugh grade B or C; Liver disease-related clotting disease or the risk of bleeding 6. Other contraindications with enoxaparin or rivaroxaban 7. Any condition in which venography or CTA cannot be performed 8. People who need continuous use of anticoagulants 9. Patients undergoing scheduled intermittent pneumatic compression after surgery or receiving other preventive anticoagulant therapy in addition to medication 10. Patients with infectious diseases 11. Patients with thrombosis found in lower limb vascular color Doppler examination on the day of discharge 12. Patients discharged from hospital with catheter and daily drainage volume likely to exceed 500ml
