Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Superficial tumors of the lateral wall and triangle of the bladder 2.Single or multiple superficial tumors = 1cm in diameter. 3.Muscular invasive bladder tumor that cannot tolerate radical cystectomy 4.The patient was a muscle-invasive bladder tumor with bladder preservation undergoing TURBT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Single superficial tumor < 1cm in diameter. 2.Patients who could not tolerate general anesthesia intubation due to general condition 3.Allergic patients to anesthetics used in the study 4.Patients with urinary tract infections that have not been effectively controlled 5.Patients with urethral stricture who cannot be implanted with resectoscope 6.Patients during pregnancy 7.Patients with incomplete clinical data collection
