18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)clinical diagnosis of PCa and treated with ADT for =3 months; (2)Piper Fatigue Self-Assessment Scale (PFS) score =4 (Moderate to severe Fatigue); (3)can communicate and write normally; (4)aged between 18~70 years; (5)voluntary participation, have understood and signed the written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)have serious damage of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs; (2)have any diseases affecting motor nerves, muscles and joints; (3)unable to perform Baduanjin exercise due to physical conditions or other reasons; (4)suffered from other neoplastic diseases; (5)have mental illness or severe cognitive impairment or language barrier; (6)participating in other clinical exercise, or regularly exercise more than 3 times a week; (7)expectation of life less than 1 year; (8)for other reasons, the researcher do not consider them suitable for inclusion.
