Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients are suspected to have tumors of haematopoietic and lymphoid tissues clinically or radiologically. (2) The specimens are lymph node resection/puncture tissues and are not fixed by formalin; (3)Patient who agree to be enrolled and sign the informed consent form; (4)All patients are enrolled consecutively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Specimens are bone marrow biopsy samples, blood and other non lymph node tissues; (2) Specimens have been in vitro for too long, or have been fixed by formalin; (3) Patients who had a history of haematopoietic and lymphoid tumors and received treatment recently; (4) Patients who refuse to participate in this study or sign the informed consent form.
