Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 8-14 years old; The equivalent spherical pow for myopia in both eyes was-0.75 to-6.00 d, that astigmatism < 2.00 d, and the b corrected visual acuity (logmar) = 0.1. The intraocular pressure was 10–21 mmHg; Wear orthokeratology lens for at least half a year, and the ocular axis increases by 0.15mm or more in half a year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of allergy to atropine or anticholinergic drugs; Previous use of excessively low concentrations of atropine eye drops; Patients whose regular follow-up cannot be guaranteed; Accompanied by other eye diseases or systemic diseases.
