Nasopharyngeal carcinoma group:Individualized elective prophylactic neck irradiation

Age

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-75 years old; (2) Newly diagnosed as nasopharyngeal carcinoma staged as N0-2 (if there is bilateral metastasis,unilateral lymph nodes metastasis should not be lower than level II) ; (3) KPS score of =80; (4) Complete CT and MRI examination of nasopharynx and neck, with measurable disease; (5) Life expectancy more than 6 months; (6) Understand the investigation, and singed the informed consent; (7) Available follow-up condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous cancer history (exclusion of stage I skin melanoma or carcinoma in situ of endometrium); (2) During pregnancy of breastfeeding period, or childbearing age do not use contraception; (3) In the period of other drug clinical trial; (4) With other severe complication such as severe myocardial infarction, cardiac arhythmia, cerebral vascular disease,canker, ental disease, or uncontrolled diabetes; (5) Without available follow-up condition.
