18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Received upper urinary tract stone surgery and retained ureteral stent for 3-5 weeks; (2) There was no severe urinary tract infection before stent implantation (urinary white blood cells<200/ul and negative urine culture); (3) Age: 18-65 years old; (4) Informed and willing to participate in research and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of multiple drug resistance; (2) Patients undergoing surgery or additional anti infection treatment during stent retention; (3) Patients with bilateral ureteral stent implantation; (4) Patients with severe underlying diseases; (5) Patients with malignant tumors; (6) Patients with mental disorders and communication difficulties.
