Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible patients were at least 18 years old, had non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia, and had both preoperative and postoperative serum creatinine test results in the database.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Receive gelatin, albumin or other types of colloids; hydroxyethyl starch contraindications; urology / transplant patients; patients undergoing minor surgeries (surgery duration < 60 minutes)
