Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1Patients with CDDD receiving ACDF 2 Spinal and/or neurogenic cervical spondylosis 3 1-2 segments 4 >3 months of ineffective conservative treatment 5 C2-C7 segments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 <18 years old 2 Severe instability, developmental stenosis or ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament in the cervical spine. 3 Prior history of cervical spine surgery, trauma, metabolic disease, infection, tumor, etc. .
