Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with glaucoma in our hospital 2) Patients diagnosed with traumatic optic neuropathy in our hospital 3) Age and sex matched healthy people

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Optic nerve changes or visual field defects caused by other diseases such as pituitary occupancy and diabetic retinopathy were excluded. Known diseases related to large cell/small cell pathway such as color blindness, color weakness, migraine, etc. were excluded in both cases and controls. Contraindications to MRI were excluded: in vivo implanted metals such as pacemakers, claustrophobia, pregnancy
