Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The separation of the rectus abdominis after delivery was > 2cm; (2) 42d-half a year postpartum; (3) Age =50 years old; (4) Patients cooperated and completed the required examination items during the treatment, and all signed informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) congenital dysplasia of abdominal wall; (2) Surgical wound healing is incomplete, scar cracking; (3) acute inflammation of genitourinary system; (4) people with cognitive dysfunction;
