Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mild or no excess skin or orbicularis oculi muscle have lower eyelid aging such as lacrimal groove depression with or without eyelid-buccal groove depression; 2. Agree to use nano-filling of orbital septum fat to treat pouch with lacrimal groove deformity and sign the operation informed consent form; 3. There are no surgical contraindications; 4. The lower eyelid traction test is < 6mm, and the lower eyelid rebound test is negative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with eye diseases, severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency, hypertension, diabetes, mental illness and immune dysfunction 2. Those who do not cooperate with diagnosis and treatment and cannot follow postoperative medical orders 3. Difficulties in follow-up and missing patients 4. Patients with history of trauma and operation of lower eyelid 5. Patients who have received hyaluronic acid injection of lower eyelid within 2 years before operation. 6. Patients who received periorbital botulinum toxin injection during postoperative follow-up.
