Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =40 years old, gender unlimited; 2) Pre-gastric cancer diseases with definite pathological diagnosis, including superficial gastritis, atrophic gastritis (with intestinal metaplasia), low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia at any time, and adenoma. 3) White tablets can be prepared with wax blocks of previous pathological diagnosis tissue, and immunohistochemical staining can be carried out.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Gastric precancerous lesions accompanied by canceration, gastric precancerous lesions accompanied by other malignant tumors, and patients with a history of malignant tumors; 2) severe diseases of heart, lung, liver and kidney function. Exclusion criteria: 1) people who developed other serious diseases (other malignant tumors or severe heart, lung, liver and kidney function) during follow-up: 2 Population lost to follow-up early in the study 3) cases dropped off during the study period due to other populations
