Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), mild AD, and age-matched cognitively normal elderly were recruited, with 70 subjects in each group. The set age is 50-75 years old, and the gender is not limited. The selection of all subjects was completed under the guidance of the neurologist of Shenzhen People's Hospital. The inclusion criteria for mild cognitive impairment include: (1) meeting the diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment by the National Institute on Aging and Alzheimer's Association (NIA-AAA) in 2011; (3) Junior high school education or above; (4) Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (ADascog) 6 months; (3) supporting evidence, such as the presence of medial temporal lobe atrophy (such as hippocampus, entorhinal cortex, amygdala structure, etc.), abnormal CSF markers, PET and other molecular neuroimaging prompts Metabolic abnormalities in specific brain regions, family history of genetic abnormalities. (4) MMSE 21-26 points (related to education level); (5) Hachinski ischemia scale score 19 points, secondary school > 22 points, college > 24 points; ( 3) Simple Mental State Examination Scale MMSE: illiteracy > 17 points, primary school > 20 points, junior high school and above > 24 points; (4) each cognitive domain test is within the normal range or only one test has a decreased score ; (5) Daily living ability is not impaired, ADL=16; (6) Hachinski ischemia scale=4 points; (7) No hearing impairment; (8) No chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, primary insomnia and other medical history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The presence of other neurological diseases (such as Parkinson's disease, vascular dementia, etc.) and other serious diseases (such as major depression, etc.) that can lead to cognitive decline; (2) a history of alcohol and drug abuse; (3) Received repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in the past six months; (4) Other non-cooperation situations exist.
