Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age range: 50-80 Diagnosis: Previous and current diagnosis of diabetes, i.e. fasting blood glucose (FPG)>7.0mmol/L, or blood glucose associated with diabetes symptoms>11.1mmol/L, or blood glucose 2 hours after glucose load (OGTT2h)>7.8mmol/L
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous eye surgery history, previous eye trauma history, use of eye surface drugs in the past three months, except for artificial tears, wearing contact lenses in the past three months, confirmed Sjogren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, confirmed other peripheral neuropathy, and severe systemic diseases
