Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.presenting to hospital with acute myocardial infarction in accordance to Fourth Universal Definition of Myocardial Infarction; 2.within 7 days from symptom onset to admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. old myocardial infarction; 2. old myocarditis or cardiomyopathy; 3. Contraindications to CMR imaging;
