18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Cognitive function is normal, can cooperate to complete treatment, aged 18-80 years old(2)Pathological examination for patients with primary lung cancer and esophageal cancer(3)Radical surgery for lung cancer or esophageal cancer(4)Sign a consent form for inspiratory muscle training before surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Under 18 years old or over 80 years old(2) Total pneumonectomy and pulmonary artery and bronchial sleeve lobectomy are required (3) Postoperative hemostasis is required (4) Intraoperative blood loss exceeds 1000ml (5) Reluctance to receive inspiratory muscle training
