Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Subjects voluntarily join the study and sign an informed consent form ? Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for stroke in 2019 of various major cerebrovascular diseases in China, and confirmed by skull CT and MRI; ? The onset time is = 28 days; ? Age 18-75 years old; ? Brunnstrom grading of upper limbs with hemiplegia>stage III, and modified Ashworth scale grading24 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Serious visual, auditory, cognitive, language or Communication disorder; ? Individuals with limb dysfunction caused by other reasons prior to onset; ? Patients with other Nervous system disease, unable to cooperate with training or poor treatment compliance; ? Complicated with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and Endocrine system; ? There are situations such as skull defects, head infections, and skin diseases that cannot be tested.
